Stock Movement Tasks
Products still flagged as 'Reserved' are not available for sale. This task will ensure that the stock is returned to the normal stock and verify its location in the store.
Reservation Cleanup Tasks
Products still flagged as Reserved are not available for sale. This task will ensure that the stock is returned to the normal stock and verify its location in the store.
You can perform the task from the Tasks page. Tapping the Stock Movement button will open the reservation cleanup. The reservation cleanup can result in different flows, depending on whether all items are available to you or if more than one item is missing.
- If items are missing, you can cancel the line altogether, refunding the customer.
- Alternatively, you can mark the items as shipped. This action will enable you to proceed with the reservation cleanup but not trigger a refund to the customer.
The reservation cleanup number corresponds to the order number.
Nothing to return
If the product in the reservation cleanup is not available for return, you can tap the Nothing To Return button. This will allow you to confirm a deviation from the stock, which will correct the stock in your store to account for the missing item.
Return to Supplier
When an RTS or is created in the Checkout App, the actual task ends up here, as part of the Stock movements page.
You can find these in the Companion and Tasks App.
Please see our extensive documentation in Navigating the RTS Task.
