Return Portal
We can provide a generic return portal on which some customization can be performed using Contentful.
This portal has to be manually deployed for your environment, your SL can help you out with this.
The return portal consists of a simple page where users can specify the country in which they bought their items and the e-mailaddress they used.
We then send an e-mail to the user's specified address with a link to authenticate the user as the owner of the e-mail address. This e-mail has to be configured using the MagicLink Stencil.
When successfully authenticated, we will show a list of orders for that specific e-mail address.
The user can choose which order they'd like to return from the list. After choosing an order, we can further specify which items we'd like to return and why, based on the configured return reasons.
