Imports made easierThis chapter is used to ease product data imports for organization units of type supplier. The data includes: products, prices, stock and barcodes.
In order for the Download or Upload feature to work, an organization unit of type Supplier must first be selected from the left side pane. Otherwise, an "Invalid organization unit" toaster will prompt.
The initial overview of the Plugin chapter displays four boxes: Product, Prices, Stock and Barcodes, each covered in more details below.

Products
The Products box represents the catalog of products available in the organization unit of type supplier and the respective product data.
There are three clickable buttons here: Downloads, Template and Upload.
Download
A download will provide the following data:
- Article number: A
BackendID
as desired of the product from the external system that is being imported. - Brand: Check Sheet properties table for a brief description of this field.
- Name: Check Sheet properties table for a brief description of this field.
- Description: Check Sheet properties table for a brief description of this field.
- Tax code: The applicable Tax code. The field expects a letter

, high, low, zero and exempt respectively. - Minimum quantity: The minimum order quantity that applies on this product from this supplier.
Prices
The Prices box represents the catalog of products available in the organization unit of type supplier and the respective pricing data.
There are three clickable buttons here: Downloads, Template and Upload.
Download
A download will provide the following data:
- Article number: A
BackendID
as desired of the product from the external system that the price would apply to. - Unit cost (excluding taxes): This aligns with pricelist of usage type Cost price. This field expects a numerical value
- Recommended retail price: This aligns with pricelist of usage type Recommended retail price. This field expects a numerical value
- Currency: Determines the base currency of unit cost and Recommended retail price. This field follows ISO 4217 standard when it comes to currency abbreviations.
Stock
The Stock box represents the products available in the organization unit of type supplier and the available quantity.
There are three clickable buttons here: Downloads, Template and Upload.
Download
A download will provide the following data:
- Article number: A
BackendID
as desired of the product from the external system that the stock quantity applies to. - Quantity: The total quantity on hand of that item regardless its stock label.
Barcodes
The Barcode box represents the products in context of the applicable unit of measure and its underlying barcode and quantity pertaining to an organization unit of type supplier.
There are three clickable buttons here: Downloads, Template and Upload.
Download
A download will provide the following data:
- BackendID: A
BackendID
as desired for ease of reference and service calls. - Unit of measure: The unit of measure ID. This determines the applicable Unit of measure.
- Quantity: The product quantity in that unit of measure
- Barcode: As per your setup. This is the barcode of this unit of measure and thus, the quantity within.
Template
Clicking Template will download an .xlsx file with columns that match with the respective boxes download data.
Upload
Using the respective downloaded template and your filled in data, an upload can be performed by clicking the Upload button.
It is recommended to download a new template with each upload attempt. This is to avoid any inherited errors that may arise from an older saved version on your device.
