Move Stock Batch
Whether small or large quantities, the Tasks App allows you to move around stock efficiently.
To be able to use the functionality in the Stock overview tab, you will need the MoveStock permission.
Permissions are managed from the Roles and rights chapter, namely, from the Functionalities card of a users role.
The entire process of moving stock with the Tasks App is easy. Tap the '+' icon to start a new task and pick Move Stock Batch.
The Move Stock Batch screen will pop up, allowing you to Add Product, which in turn opens up the camera. Since the stock you want to move should be around physically, you can only use the camera to scan and add a product.
Once you've scanned a product however, you are free to increase the quantity to the maximum quantity of stock that is available on the label selected in From Stock Label. The quantity available is also displayed here, in the Quantity to Move field.
Note that stock can only be moved between the following labels:
- Sellable
- Damaged
- Demo
- Clearance
The values displayed in the Reasons field is filled with default reasons as well as your custom Stock mutation reasons.

After filling out all the necessary fields, you can click Add to complete the process for this specific product.
You can Add Another Product in the screen that follows. Once you're all Done, you've made the necessary changes in EVA - all products will be listed on their new stock labels. If necessary, you can now move the stock around phyiscally.

You can easily remove the products from your Move Stock Batch overview again by swiping left.
