Click & Collect Tasks
Click & Collect tasks are used to pick the products marked as 'Reserved' for consumers. You can ensure the reservation is prepared and ready when the customer comes to pick up the product.
How your C&C flow will work is dependent on your settings - see our Click & Collect docs for more information.
Perform Click & Collect tasks
A Click & Collect task is performed by clicking on it and scanning the products marked to scan. You can manually pick them, but we recommend scanning, as it is less error-prone.
As you can see in the following image, any products with custom requirements are shown in the Pick-step.
The reservation number corresponds to the order number.
You can check the customer details during the task and print documents related to the reservation, like a reservation receipt. Once you arrive at the final stage of the click-and-collect task, you can email your customer, which will notify them that the order is ready for pickup.
Expired reservations
Expired reservations will result in a reservation cleanup task. You can read more about these in the corresponding section.
