Introduction to BasketBasket
The Basket represents the current order. It's the main tool for assembling your customer's order. You can create different basket types, add discounts, and more.
When your customer's ready, you can add a product or service from your catalog to the Basket, beginning your Checkout journey. In this stage, you gain full control over the order customization process. This includes attaching a customer to the order, applying possible discounts, editing products and product bundles, noting custom requirements, and more. You can even switch your basket types to change the purpose of your basket.
This can all be effortlessly managed by you through the Checkout App and POS.
